Patrick Abbate is a solo artist, born in Italy(November 1979), when he was 11 he started to teach himself how to play the guitar .He studied at “Percentomusica” (one of the best Italian music schools).during his study he had many great teachers like : Frank Gambale, Maurizio Collonna, Umberto Fiorentino and many other great teachers!
When he was just 15 he already started to give concerts. At the age of 19 he became 2nd in a contest named “Jam with Steve Vai”.

| Patrick has got great experience as a demonstrator and clinician and people love to see him playing sweep picking and alternate picking tapping as fast as possible.
In 2005 he became an endorser for Washburn and Randall. He loves to play his RM100M head with Blackface, XTC, Treadplate, UltraLead modules and his 4x12 cabinet. He uses a Washburn N4 Vintage,an N2 and a Dime 333 bolt. Sometimes he uses an old Randall head owned by Dimebag Darrell, one of his idols.
In August 2005 Patrick will bring out his new instrumental cd “Tutto quello che ho da dirti” where you can hear his feeling, melodies and technique mixed together. |
